In October 2024, the benchmark prices for detached houses in various regions saw a year-over-year decline of 1-5%, with Markham experiencing a drop of 4.4%.
Compared to September of this year, prices in different regions also decreased by 2-4%.
CONDOS BENCHMARK PRICES, October 2024
In October 2024, the benchmark prices for condos in various regions have fluctuated with a year-over-year decrease of about 4-6%. Among these regions, Toronto saw a 6.3% decline in condo benchmark prices.
On the other hand, the benchmark price fluctuations in different regions have shown only minor variations of 1-2% compared to the previous month, indicating that prices remain stable.
